A shoulder injury has forced Munster centre Jean de Villiers to withdraw from the Springbok team to face Wales in Cardiff on June 5.
De Villiers' place in the starting XV will be taken by Stormers centre Jaque Fourie.
Fourie is expected to be named in the Stormers starting line up in the Super 14 final in Soweto against the Bulls this weekend.
Fourie will have to contest the Super14 final and then join up with the rest of the Springbok squad and fly to Wales for the Test at the Millenium Stadium.
